The Sapphire Central Markets take place every Sunday from March to October at Roy Day Park in the Gemfields town of Sapphire.

The markets are organised by Gemfields Riding for the Disabled Inc. & Gemfields Lapidary & Craft Club. They will alternate each Sunday running their canteens.
